Arnel Aquino
President & CEO
During a 25-year career in large-city law enforcement, Arnel led numerous dynamic units. He worked SWAT, undercover Narcotics/Vice and Homicide before promoting to the rank of Sergeant.
Arnel continued to develop a multi-faceted skill set as lead of the Special Events Unit for many years. In that capacity, he organized and served as the Incident Commander for countless high-profile events - some having a global audience.
He also supervised the Robbery Unit and the Auto Theft Unit before taking lead for the Real-Time Crime Center. In that capacity, he honed his knowledge and skills in security-related technology products.
Bringing his expertise to the private sector, Arnel has worked with companies in many fields including financial, legal, healthcare and educational institutions. His relentless work has transformed many organizations who now confidently know how to protect its people, places and reputation.
He and all members of Omnia Paratus are mission-driven to deliver tailored solutions to meet the needs of the client using real-world experience.
